Qualifications / Kelayakan:
a) Private Secretarial Course or SPM with relevant experience.
b) Preferably with some past related working experience (1 to 2 years)
c) Strong organizational, administrative and IT skills.
d) Good spoken and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
e) Hard working, honest and able to maintain confidentially.
f) Ability to work independently and also a team member.

Responsibilities / Tugas-tugas utama:
a) To perform general secretarial duties such as handling calls, correspondence and filing
b) To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality safety & health system
c) To organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangement for their superior.
d) To prepare all claims for reimbursements when necessary.
e) To assist in the maintenance of an organized filing system, keeping of confidential records and information and ensure the confidentiality of such information’s.
f) To liaise with authorities, clients, suppliers, sites and other departments on company matters.
g) To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by their superior.

Salary / Gaji: RM 2 500 / month
Experience level / Pengalaman: 1-3 years
